These are heater settings, not a guarantee that the drink itself reaches that exact temperature. Results vary with the cup material, base, drink volume, starting temperature and room conditions.
A helpful automatic timer

The warmer has an automatic shut-off after 8 hours of continuous operation. It adds a useful backup for a busy working day.
When you have finished your drink, switch it off and unplug it. Keep the warmer on a stable, dry, heat-resistant surface with the cord positioned safely.
Your cup makes a difference
A flatter base. Better contact.
Heat transfers from the plate through the bottom of your mug. A suitable flat, thin base that sits securely against the heating surface helps the warmer do its job.
- Choose heat-safe cups: suitable ceramic, glass or stainless steel mugs with flat bases.
- Check the fit: the reference heating area is approximately 8 × 8 cm. Your mug should sit flat and stable without rocking.
- Check the base: deep recessed bases, thick bottoms and double-wall insulated cups reduce heat transfer.
- Keep heat-sensitive packaging off the plate: do not use paper cups, plastic cups or drink cartons unless the container maker explicitly approves them for direct heating.

A simple warming routine.
- Place it on a suitable surface. Choose a dry, level, heat-resistant tabletop, away from edges, loose papers and splashes.
- Connect and choose your setting. Use a compatible power connection according to the product label and instructions. The reference rating is 220V, 50Hz. Use the touch control to select a heater setting.
- Set down your mug. Use a suitable flat-bottom, heat-safe mug containing an already-warm drink. Keep the mug stable and avoid overfilling.
- Switch off when finished. Unplug the warmer and allow it to cool before moving it or wiping it with a soft cloth.
The plate gets hot during use. Avoid touching it, keep it away from children, and never immerse the warmer or cable in water.

Will it boil water or cook food?
No. This is a beverage warmer, designed to help maintain warmth in a suitable mug. Start with an already-warm drink. It is not a kettle, cooker or food preparation appliance.
Will my tea be exactly 55°C, 65°C or 75°C?
The display indicates the selected heater setting. The actual drink temperature depends on the mug, its base, how much drink is in it, the starting temperature and the room.
Which mugs work best?
Use a heat-safe, flat-bottom ceramic, glass or stainless steel mug that sits securely against the heating area. Thick, recessed or insulated bases can reduce warming. Check your cup maker's care instructions.
Does it turn off automatically?
Yes. The reference model has an automatic shut-off after 8 hours of continuous operation. Switch it off and unplug it when you are finished; the timer is not a reason to leave a hot appliance unattended.
Do I need an app?
No. Choose your setting using the touch control on the warmer. It does not require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or an account.
What comes with my order?
One electric mug warmer in your selected colour: Pink, Green or White. Cups, drinks and other scene accessories are not included.
How do I clean it?
Switch it off, unplug it and let it cool. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and keep the cable and electrical parts dry. Do not rinse or immerse the appliance.
