Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide, with no country or regional exclusions. Cash on delivery is available for all delivery addresses.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. There is no additional COD fee.

Will I pay extra taxes or customs charges?

No. Your local-currency checkout total is final. BeeBuyWorld bears applicable taxes, import duties, customs clearance costs and delivery charges. These are not added when the parcel arrives.

How does cash on delivery work?

Select COD at checkout, confirm the local-currency total and pay that amount when your order arrives, following the delivery partner's communicated payment instructions. Read our COD information.

How long will my order take?

We process orders within 24 hours. Estimated transit is 7-10 calendar days after dispatch, separate from processing time. Arrival dates are estimates. For tracking help or a delivery problem, contact us with your order number. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Email us as soon as possible. Preparation can begin before the 24-hour processing period ends, and a parcel already being prepared or dispatched may be difficult to stop. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain available. See Order Cancellation.

Can I return an item?

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt. Under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, items must be unused and you pay return shipping. We pay return shipping for wrong or defective items. Email us for the appropriate regional return address. Statutory inspection, withdrawal and faulty-goods rights are unaffected.

How are COD refunds paid?

We agree a locally commonly used refund method with you and refund in the currency you paid. We initiate refunds due within five business days after receiving and checking the returned item; any earlier statutory deadline takes priority.
