Pay when your order arrives
BeeBuyWorld offers cash on delivery worldwide for all delivery addresses, with no country or regional exclusions. You pay the local-currency amount confirmed at checkout when your order is delivered.
One final price
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. There is no additional COD fee. Your confirmed checkout total is final: BeeBuyWorld bears applicable taxes, import duties, customs clearance costs and delivery charges, so these are not added to your payment on arrival.
How to order
- Choose your items and check the selected options and quantities.
- Enter your complete delivery address and a contact number the delivery partner can use.
- Select cash on delivery and review the order total in your local currency.
- Place your order and follow the delivery partner's payment instructions when the parcel arrives.
The delivery partner will communicate the payment method available for your delivery. Contact us if you need to confirm a payment arrangement before ordering. Parcel inspection before payment is not part of our COD service promise.
Order confirmation and delivery
We may contact you to confirm order or delivery details. We process orders within 24 hours; estimated transit time is 7-10 calendar days after dispatch. Arrival dates are estimates and do not limit your statutory delivery rights. See our Shipping Policy.
Changes, returns and refunds
To request a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Preparation may begin before the 24-hour processing period ends. If your order has shipped, we will explain the applicable return or cancellation process.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy includes a 30-day return-request window. For a COD refund, we agree a locally commonly used method with you and refund in the currency you paid. Refunds due are initiated within five business days after receiving and checking the returned item, or earlier where required by law.
