Does the charger need to be charged first?

No. It takes its power from two AA batteries. The batteries are not included.

Will it fully charge my phone?

It is an emergency backup. The amount of charge and charging speed depend on your phone, cable and the type and condition of the AA batteries. A full charge is not guaranteed.

Is there a torch?

Yes. The device has a built-in LED torch as well as a USB charging connection.

How should I store it?

Keep it dry and away from excessive heat. Follow the supplied instructions, insert batteries with the correct polarity, and remove batteries before long-term storage.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh, with delivery from local stock in 2–3 days.

Can I return it after trying it?
