We ship worldwide, subject to destination restrictions shown at checkout.

- Standard delivery time is 10–15 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary because of customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather, local holidays, and other factors outside our control.
- Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$69 are charged a flat shipping fee of US$5.99.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Tracking: when tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email used at checkout.
- Customs, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other destination charges may apply. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may not be eligible for a refund.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier and review the available delivery information.
