Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return, email contact@beebuyworld.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order number, the reason for the request, and photos when the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, customization, clearance, or other clearly stated reasons. Any exclusion will be shown on the product page.
- Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, we will review the evidence and provide the appropriate solution.
- Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
